These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PROJECT BREAK-ROOM ("Software," "Simulation," or "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using any portion of the Software you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Shane Murray ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
You retain all rights to content you create inside the Simulation ("User Content"). By transmitting User Content you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit such content for the purpose of operating the Service.
Network features require a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Basic authentication is provided; however, the Developer cannot guarantee absolute security.
An Offline Mode is provided that disables network calls and allows local play. Progress in Offline Mode may not sync to servers and may be deleted when the session ends.
The Developer may patch, update, or modify the Software at any time. Such changes may add, alter, or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified Software and Terms.
The Developer may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties. The Developer disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Psychological or horror themes may be present; viewer discretion is advised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Software or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in those courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
These Terms, together with the Legal Disclaimer & Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Software.
You are permitted to view and inspect the source code of this project through your browser or development tools solely for understanding how the Software functions. This does not constitute permission to copy, redistribute, modify, or reuse any part of the codebase without prior written authorization.
